Questions

If yours isn't here, get in touch. A person will answer.

Do we need any equipment or software?: No. If your service streams to YouTube, that is enough. Processing runs on our servers, and you review posts in your phone's browser.
Which platforms do you post to?: Your Facebook Page, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Instagram must be a Business account linked to your Page. Meta does not allow apps to post to a personal profile, so you need a Page.
We host our sermons on SermonAudio. Can we use it?: Yes. Give us your broadcaster ID and, ideally, a SermonAudio API key, and we take each new sermon from there. Audio-only sermons become a simple video with the title and captions.
Which Bible translation do you use?: Whichever your church reads. ESV comes through Crossway's ESV API; KJV, NKJV, NASB, LSB and others come through API.Bible. Your church signs up for a free key in a few minutes, and we walk you through it. Every verse is fetched from that API, never typed by AI.
We sing psalms a cappella. Will worship trimming work?: We are still testing trimming on unaccompanied singing. Your free trial covers your first two services, so you will see the result before you pay.
What does Autopilot actually do?: Clips scoring 8 out of 10 or higher on the quality check, plus Scripture cards and daily verses, are approved automatically 12 hours after they are queued. Until then, anyone on your review list can reject them. Clips below the bar always wait for a person.
What happens if we don't approve anything?: Nothing is posted. Unapproved posts expire when the next Sunday's posts arrive, and you get a reminder email before that.
Can we cancel?: Yes, any time, from your billing page. You keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for.
Why do we use our own Bible API key?: Scripture publishers license their text to churches for ministry use. Using your church's own key keeps your posts within those terms, and you choose the translation.
Is there a discount for church plants?: Yes. Church plants and mission works get 20% off. Tell us when you get in touch.
