Deleting your data

How to remove Preach & Post's access to your accounts, and how to have your church's data deleted.

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram or YouTube

Sign in to Preach & Post and open Settings, then Platforms.
Choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its stored access token immediately.

You can also remove Preach & Post from Facebook directly: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove Preach & Post.

Delete your church's data

Email ernie@maranathatechnologies.com from an address on your church's account and ask us to delete it. Within 30 days we delete your church, its users, settings, stored keys and tokens, queued posts and media. Billing records we are required by law to keep are retained only as long as the law requires.

What we never keep

Sermon videos and clips are deleted 14 days after processing unless a scheduled post still needs them. Posts already published to your Page, Instagram or YouTube stay there until you remove them.
